The Philadelphia Police Department is pleased to provide you with both online and paper reporting options that you can use to inform us of quality of life complaints and to alert us to narcotics activity occurring in your neighborhood.

If you were the victim of a crime and wish to report it you must contact the Police Department by calling 9-1-1. Such reports cannot be accepted online.

IMPORTANT
Do not use online forms to report activity where an immediate police response is needed. To report a crime in progress or other emergency, Dial 9-1-1.

Available online reports are listed on the menu. As mentioned, paper versions of these reports can also be submitted to your local police district by mail or can be dropped off. Paper reporting options are convenient for Town Watch groups, community organizations and those without a computer to use and distribute.

These downloadable report forms can be found in the Downloads Area.
